I have decided to put together a K3 calculator, since members have indicated that they would like to see an E Eurasian/ W Eurasian calculator. It should be available this weekend sometime. I expect calculator effect to be negligible, and members can post their results here, when the calculator becomes available.
A brief description of the components:
1- E Eurasian - This component peaks in E & SE populations such as Ami, Nivkh, Dai, Han, and Ulchi, at about 100%, followed by Siberian & other Asian populations such as
Nganasans, Tibetans, Subba, and Mongola.
2- W Eurasian - This component peaks in Neolithic European farmers such as Stuttgart, and LBK culture, as well as in most modern European populations at over 95%.
3- SSA (Sub-Saharan African) - This component peaks in Sub-Saharan African populations such as Yoruban, Esan, and Luhiya at over 97%.
E_Eurasian SSA SSA 0.155 W_Eurasian 0.094 0.134
EDIT: John uploaded the calculator alot faster than I had anticipated. 4 population modeling would be useless at K3, since there are quite a few iterations that would result in a 0 distance. I will make a decision later as to whether to incorporate single and 2 population modeling oracle.
