The recent paper from Raghavan et al included 6 recent samples from Baja California (Pericues) and from Chihuahua (2 mummies from Sierra Tarahumara).

The supplement at the Science site where that study was published has more info. http://www.sciencemag.org/content/ea...3884/suppl/DC1

I think she's looking for specimens that she can compare people to. The raw data files are at http://www.cbs.dtu.dk/suppl/NativeAm...ments/ancient/ So someone like Felix would have to download them and align and convert them then upload them to Gedmatch or add them to a DIY calculator.

    These are the Pericues specimens

Even though it wasn't specified, she's really looking for autosomal DNA results. Most Native American DNA studies deal with mtDNA just like this did. Worst yet, they only used HVRI segment (positions 16190–16339) and therefore subclades weren't identified.

That study used some of the samples from Gorostiza A, Acunha-Alonzo V, Regalado-Liu L, Tirado S, Granados J, Sámano D, et al. Reconstructing the History of Mesoamerican Populations through the Study of the Mitochondrial DNA Control Region. PLoS One. 2012; 7: e44666. doi: 10.1371/journal.pone.0044666. pmid:23028577 which also only tested mtDNA and was limited to CRS.
