Raw data should be returned to us for 8007 in the next two weeks and analysis should take 2 weeks after that.

Hi, I am interested in using the new long read service.
Is it possible to get more specs on the the long read product?
What I can piece together from various sources is that it tags DNA with the 10x Genomics product and sequences on an Illumina system.
    Is this correct?
Reading on DNA tagging systems for synthetic long reads it seems that is possible to either tag all of the coverage or tag part of it and use untagged reads to fill gaps and correct misreads.
So my next question would be what coverage depth do you provide for this product? iIs that all tagged or partially tagged?
Is it possible to buy deeper coverage either tagged or untagged if so what is the price for tagged/untagged per 1x?

Another question with regards to the conventional whole genome price beyond 30x http://www.isogg.org/ lists $45/1x and $55/1x in different locations, your website lists an "analysis upgrade" for $25 that i'm not really sure is the same thing or something completely different.
    -Thanks

    $55/1x is the correct amount.

Might I ask what the coverage depth on the long read service is? 15x 30x 45x 50x 60x?

Long read is the 30x test with the Chromium technology added so that it generates 10mb haploblocks.
