For the moment, we're waiting on our first set of results using the new design (2.1), which may be even better.

I can send you this kit# and other details you may need.

FYI: Besides the kits, kit directions, and release form, there was no directions. It may be helpful to include something like this.
I agree, Luckily I was able to catch that my kit# was on the tube sample bags before sending it out. Add that on top of the fact I had to mail them to Germany today >.< ; I've never mailed something internationally before haha. Ended up paying for the wrong label $34, hopefully they refund it. It only costed $10 at the USPS to ship. Also be sure to register on the website.

Do we get a CD with the results, or a link to download the results/interpretation? I'm under the impression this whole shebang would take up to 3 months or longer.

The results are delivered via download. As for processing time, we resolved one issue that was causing delays, so we should see about 4-5 months now. Our goal is to get closer to 60 days or faster.

If you were able to achieve that turnaround time that would be a huge win for your company.

Happy New Year to all of you over at FGC. I Hope 2016 gets you close to hitting that benchmark and continued success.
