    After about a dozen to two dozen tries trying to model Rukha and Sein, I am ready to give up. The best fits I get are in the 1.5-2.5 chisq, and 50-60% tail prob range. Not sure what the problem is. I have tried all sorts of SC Asian W Asian and a couple of E Asian pops. The only thing I can gather is Rukha prefers Kurd C2 and high Andronovo, wheras Sein prefers high Andronovo and Burusho.

    EDIT: After Pamiris, I will be doing the remaining Kurd members, and Iranian members under their respective sections

    Summary and analysis of the above 3 posts:

    As I expected the fits obtained by removing Kurd C3 as admixing pop1, and replacing him with:

    1- Dluffy
    2- Khana
    3- Varun

    while keeping everything else the same as before, yielded very poor fits as shown below.

    The reason seems to be that Kandhari has a ton of Caucauses based ancestry, which could not be fulfilled by the above 3 members. The reason that Kandhari's fits were excellent using Kurd C3, is that it appears that Kandhari and Kurd C3 share much older drift with each other and are thus very similar to each other. These results indicate that much of Kandhari's ancesty is from W Asia.

    Best fits from each run. Proportions for runs with Dluffy, Khana, and Varun are likely not accurate since fits are poor
