I hate to sound like a total noob, but I just want to be clear - in those runs the SSA groups in column two are the target pops, the groups in columns three and four are the test pops? Leb Christian and AJ are the column fours, so if there's a positive stat that means the SSA groups have more drift with them over the column threes?

Would it be possible to model some sudanese/nubian samples, while including coptic reference pops to see how well the model fits?
